  • 24-hour nursing by a staff of licensed nurses and certified assistants who continuously monitor the progress and comfort of each resident
  • Professional nursing services that include I.V. management, pain management, PCA pumps, central lines, enteral feedings, urological care, and diabetic care.
  • Full-time social worker who assists residents and families with their needs, including discharge planning.
  • Full-time activities coordinator who provides residents with the opportunity to participate in daily social activities
  • Registered dietician and licensed food services personnel who ensure that meals are attractive and tasty, and also meet regular and any special dietary needs.
  • Hospice care, respite care, restorative care, mental health consultation, optometry, podiatry, pharmacy, laboratory, dental, and x-ray services that can be arranged as needed.

Admissions

All patients are admitted, assigned a room, and treated without regard to race, color, creed, age, handicap, national origin, or payment classification. We strive to meet any special cultural or psychosocial requirements.​

 

Upon admission, please bring the following with you:​

  • A handful of personal items, like deodorant, a toothbrush, shampoo, a robe, and slippers
  • Your glasses and/or dentures, if applicable (in appropriately labeled storage containers)​
  • Identification card(s)​
  • Insurance cards and policies​
  • Medicare or Medicaid cards​​
  • Living will, power of attorney, or durable power of attorney​
  • Health surrogate appointment​
  • Copy of an organ donation request card​​, if applicable

 

Please do not bring the following:​

  • Electric appliances (without prior approval)​
  • Any valuables (we suggest you leave those at home, if possible)
  • The facility is not responsible for valuables or cash kept in your room.​​
